Our visions and values are at the core of everything we do. They underpin our teaching and learning, and provide an environment which prepares our pupils as confident, happy citizens.
We have spent time looking at what we felt was key for our pupils, in our school, as part of our local community, and ultimately as part of the wider community of Britain.
Our discussions brought us to the following statement:
At our school we recognise that each child is an individual; that each child is creative; that each child needs to succeed. We value the development of each child's character as highly as we value the development of his/her academic achievement. As a team of staff, parents, governors and pupils, we are committed to work together to build the Bishop's Hull Community of the future.
We welcome visitors to the school to come and see what we are doing to achieve our aims and to see the happy and purposeful environment that our pupils and staff create.
