Due to the current Covid situation we unfortunately need to keep the group numbers small to a maximum of 12 people.

We look forward to meeting you all.

Information Regarding Application for School Places 2022
Please see document below for details of how to apply for places for children transferring from primary school to secondary school and also to start school for the first time in September 2022.
There are two ways in which a pupil may become a pupil at our school and there are different ways of applying for each of these.
Firstly, if your child will be 5 during the next academic year and you would like this to be their first school, you need to apply directly to Somerset County Council using the following link. Applications need to be received by mid January for the following September. Lots of useful information is contained within this link as well as the application form. This includes details of the over-subscription criteria.
If your child is already attending a school elsewhere and you would like to transfer your child to Bishop's Hull Primary school, you need to apply directly to the school. Please ring the office for an application form. Once this form is complete, please return it to the school office where we will consider your application. If there is space within the year group then we will happily accept your child. If however, that year group is already full, we will contact you to advise you that there is no space. You then have the right to appeal that decision with Somerset County Council. Full details of how to do that are contained within the letter which you receive from us.
If your child is starting with us in Reception, we run an induction process. A letter will be sent to you detailing how the process works. This may be helpful when planning childcare for this induction period.
